Become a Vendor

Fabulous Vendors:

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Be Fab Market Days of Bulverde. We are so excited to bring this event to our community and the surrounding areas. It is our intention to make the Vendor process simple and make your vendor experience enjoyable and profitable!!

The Enrollment Procedure is ALL ONLINE and is as follows:

1. Read the Rules and Regulations information.

2. Sign the Be Fab Application acknowledging your understanding and compliance of the Rules and Regulations. Then complete the remainder application.

3.You will receive an email confirming your spot.  

4. Submit the application, pictures, Tax Permit (if applicable) and other information requested to

5. Once you have been confirmed, submit payment through PayPal. Please make sure that you provide the name of the business with your PayPal payment in the notes section. 

6. Set-up will be from 7:30 AM -9:30 AM on the date of the event.

Check-in Procedure on the Day of the Event:

1. Check in at Be Fabulous Boutique between 7:30 AM -9:30 AM.

2. Unload your vehicle.

4. Park your vehicle in the designated area given to you at Check-in.

Show Dates: 2nd Saturday of each month (no show in January, July, and August); no reschedules or cancellations

Show Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday; setup between 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM.

Application Deadline:  Applications accepted year round. 

Jury & Selection Process: Evaluation of product photos and consideration to other vendors who are “similar”. Anyone who does not follow loading and unloading procedures or introduces new items without prior approval will not be allowed back.

Requirements: At least 3 images representative of your merchandise. Tax ID and/or permit.

4 Month Advance Payment $260.00 * If you choose to select four months of the year, submit in an email which 4 months you are wanting. Keep in mind we do not have Market Days in January, July, and August. 

Booth Prices

Set Up: Set up is Saturday morning from 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM.  Vendors must set up during designated times. When setting up you can park and unload in designated area provided by Be Fab Market Days.  Once items are unloaded, you must move to designated parking spaces next door at the Church of Christ parking lot.  No vendor of the Be Fab Market Days will be allowed to park a vehicle in Bulverde Hills Parking lot while they are setting up a booth.  All vendors that show up after 9:00 AM to unload and set up will not be allowed in parking lot.  You must unload all items then move your vehicle to vendor parking BEFORE setting up of your canopy, display & product.

There is NO PARKING in the Bulverde Hills Properties, LLC parking lot once items are unloaded.  If you are unsure of your booth space location check-in at Be Fabulous Boutique during setup times. All vendors must be set up by 9:00 AM Saturday!

Tear Down: Is not before 4:00 PM on Saturday. NO VENDOR may pull their vehicle up to any parking space on Bulverde Hills Properties until after they are completely torn down and ready to load. Follow the instructions of the Bulverde Hills Properties and coordinator we are here to try to prevent congestion and to get everyone out as quickly and safely as possible.

Vendor Amenities: There will not be any security on the property so please do not leave items unattended.  Be Fab Market Days, Be Fabulous Boutique and/or Bulverde Hills Properties and/or members will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
